You can use HTML markup when creating bot answers.

How to use HTML markup

You can use HTML markup in the following blocks by activating the Use HTML markup in the message toggle:

• Transfer to agent
• Text
• Send email
• text to $var
• num to $var
• file to $var
• phone to $var

The markup tools will be displayed in the text fields of these blocks.

Channels supporting HTML markup

You can use HTML markup only in the following channels:

• Telegram
  • Does not support bullet and ordered lists.
• Chat API
• Chat widget

caution

The client will receive a message without formatting in the channels that don’t support HTML markup.
