How many calls can the bot make at the same time?
When there is a standard server load, bots on all subscription plans except Free can make and receive any number of calls. When a high server load appears, we can reduce the number of simultaneous outbound calls.
To have an opportunity to launch call campaigns and receive calls from clients regardless of the Tovie DialogStudio server load, you can buy Tovie DialogStudio individual telephone servers.
Can I use the bot for call campaigns and receiving inbound calls at the same time?
No. When you create a bot, you choose whether you want to use it for call campaigns or for receiving inbound calls. After that, you cannot change the bot purpose.
Can I change the voice of the bot in the campaign?
Yes, you can change the voice on the Outbound campaigns page of your bot.
Can I call the list of foreign numbers?
If you want your bot to call the phone numbers registered not in the Russian Federation, you need to configure your own SIP connection.
If you use the Tovie DialogStudio telephony, you cannot call foreign numbers.
