I have issues when trying to pay
It might happen that in your Tovie DialogStudio account you see a banner that prompts you to pay for the service.
If you are on one of the paid subscription plans, it is supposed you’ve provided your bank card, so you should be charged automatically at the end of the billing period. If it doesn’t happen, there may be several reasons:
- your bank card has expired;
- insufficient funds;
- temporary technical issues when charging the card (please, try a bit later).
If any of this happens, all your bots will be paused. To resume their work, you have to pay for the subscription. To do this, press Pay for the subscription and follow the steps.
If your payment is still unsuccessful, please contact your bank.
