How many minutes have I spent on calls?
For every call campaign, we are counting the number of minutes spent on calls. To learn how many minutes have been spent, open the Telephony tab in the script of your choice. You’ll see the number of minutes spent and the information about the status of your campaign.
Billing starts with the first second of the client’s answer or of the voicemail. The counter rounds the time up to the nearest 15-second mark.
