Tovie DialogStudio bots can recognize and process client responses. For the bot to be able to do it at a particular moment, you need to add an intent to the script.
tip
Intents define what clients want and direct them to the corresponding script branch.
There are two ways to add an intent:
- Create your own intent using template syntax.
- Choose one of the built-in intents which contain phrases the bot will recognize.
You can add several intents to the same screen — either built-in or your own.
