Tovie DialogStudio technical requirements

Tovie DialogStudio chatbots work on any device. However, some channels may have specific technical requirements.

Also, consider the following requirements when creating bots to provide correct work of Tovie DialogStudio:

• Use Google Chrome.
• Use a personal computer or a laptop.
• Work in a single-user mode.
• Provide a stable Internet connection.

Use Google Chrome

Tovie DialogStudio works only in the Google Chrome browser.

We have not tested Tovie DialogStudio functionality in other browsers, so we cannot guarantee its correct operation.

Also, Google Chrome has its own requirements you should consider.

Use a personal computer or a laptop

To create bots in Tovie DialogStudio, you need to use a laptop or a desktop computer. Tovie DialogStudio will not work correctly on mobile devices — smartphones, tablets, etc.

Work in a single-user mode

Tovie DialogStudio does not support a multi-user work mode. You should not work with one script in several tabs or browsers at the same time.

Otherwise, you will get an error when saving the script.
