Tovie DialogStudio telephony usage

To make a test call or start a call campaign using Tovie DialogStudio telephony, verify your phone number and account. Subsequent calls will not require verification.

caution
Only users with a verified Russian phone number can start outbound calls via Tovie DialogStudio telephony. If you have a foreign number, use your own SIP connection.

Phone number verification

To confirm your phone number, in the Outbound campaigns tab, click Create in any of the sections. In the new window enter your phone number and click Verify.

caution
Only personal mobile phone numbers can be verified. Any other numbers, as well as SIP numbers, will not be verified.

You will receive an SMS with a confirmation code. Enter the code in the new window and click Continue.

If the code is correct, you can call your number to test Tovie DialogStudio telephony.

tip
If you want to change the specified number, contact technical support through the widget in the bottom right corner of the screen.

Account verification

If you are using your own SIP connection, skip this step. To do this, press Select SIP telephony and select a default connection or add a new one.

To verify an account:

  1. Select Verify account.
  2. Specify Call campaign purpose andOrganization name — it can be the name of your company or project customer. Click Send.

Technical support will receive an email with your account information and will verify it within one business day.

tip
While your account is being verified, you can only make test calls via Tovie DialogStudio telephony to your own phone number.

When the verification is complete, you will receive a confirmation email, and the account status in the Profile section will change to Verified.

Now you can set up a call campaign and call any Russian number using Tovie DialogStudio telephony.
