Bot knowledge bases

Knowledge bases are tools that allow the bot to answer various user questions.

There are two types of knowledge bases available in Tovie Platform:

  • The Q&A knowledge base is a set of modules that use the NLU core. You can specify questions and answers in the modules or upload documents in which the bot will search for answers.

  • The RAG knowledge base is a tool with which you can connect knowledge bases from Tovie Data Agent. These knowledge bases use large language models (LLMs) and the RAG technology. They can find information in a set of documents and generate answers.
