Tasks
The purpose of the Tasks section is creating and distributing project finalization tasks.
To get access to the section, contact your account manager or email us at contact@tovie.ai.
Creating a task for a session
Authorize in the Tovie Platform and navigate to a project. In the control panel, click Analytics > Dialogs > open the Sessions tab.
Then navigate to the session with the bot and click +Task. Fill out the fields:
- Title — the task title.
- Description — a brief description of the task.
- Priority — select the task priority from the list.
- Resposible — select the owner from the list.
- Tag — select a tag from the list.
Click Create task.
You can view the task status and other task parameters in the respective section by clicking Analytics > Tasks.
Creating a task for a phrase
After opening the section from Analytics > Dialogs > click the Phrases tab.
Click Task next to the phrase. Fill out the fields in a similar way to Creating a task for a session. Click Create task.

Task list
You can view all the tasks for the project by opening the section Analytics > Tasks.
The tasks for the last month will be displayed by default. With the search block you can limit the values of the specified parameters and filter the displayed tasks.
To transfer a task to a different status or to edit miscellaneous parameters, click the line with the task > accept the changes > click Change task.
To navigate to a phrase or session where this task has been created, click .
To delete a task, click , then confirm deletion.
