fileTooBigEvent

The fileTooBigEvent is triggered when the user sends a file exceeding 50 MB in size. Tovie Platform does not save such files.

tip

fileTooBigEvent is supported by all inbound channels except JivoChat, Zendesk, Zendesk Chat, and the chat widget.
