Negative balance of telephony limits

Question: The account has a negative balance of NLU minutes and other telephony limits. Is this an error?

Answer: No, this behavior is possible. Units are debited from the account after a call is completed, when the duration of this call becomes known to the system.

For example:

  1. The account balance is close to zero. At this moment, an outbound call campaign starts. The system allows making several calls.
  2. The first few conversations are finished. It makes the balance negative. The system prohibits initiating new calls.
  3. The system also allows finishing all initiated calls and deducts their cost. It makes the balance even more negative.
